AkadKu Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the AkadKu app (package id.akadku.app) collects, how it is used, and how you can delete it. AkadKu is developed by ADSDeveloper.

1. Data you provide

• Account: email address and password (stored in encrypted form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name and email address.
• Wedding details: couple names, ceremony date, venue, traditions, and invitation link.
• Vendors and payments: vendor name, category, address, phone number, price, notes, payment history, and receipts (photos or files) you upload.
• Guests: guest name, phone number, group, party size, and invitation status.
• Other planning data: checklist, budget, seserahan (wedding gifts), documents, and event rundown.

Guest and vendor details are information about other people that you enter yourself. Please make sure you are entitled to store it for your event.

2. How data is used

• To provide the app's features and sync your data across devices.
• To show due-date and task reminders (processed on your device).
• To open WhatsApp with a prefilled invitation message when you choose to send one.

We do not sell your data and do not use the contents of your wedding plans for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored with the cloud service Supabase. All data is tied to your account and can only be accessed after you sign in; other users cannot see it. All communication between the app and the server uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Advertising

AkadKu is free and shows banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. Where required, the app asks for your consent first. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings > Google > Ads. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase: accounts, database, and attachment storage.
• Google Sign-In: sign in with a Google account (optional).
• Google AdMob: ad serving.
• WhatsApp: the app only opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message; we receive no data from WhatsApp.

6. App permissions

• Internet: to save and load your data from the server.
• Notifications: to show reminders.
• Photos and files: only when you choose an attachment yourself.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can edit or delete data at any time in the app, or request deletion of your account and all of its data on the Delete AkadKu Account page.

8. Children

AkadKu is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
